D&D Powder Coating was formed in 2021 as a stand-alone company. We offer powder coating from our new facility in Hull. East Yorkshire, to local engineering and signage companies, but we also offer our services to other companies in different sectors.
Our custom-built powder coating plant allows us to offer high quality powder coating; starting with pre-treatment, then into the spray booth. The products are loaded onto our track system, that allows items to pass through and then cool down ready for a quality control check, before packing and dispatching to our clients.
The company’s underlying philosophies and aims are geared towards the provision of a high quality powder coating, together with a very competitive price and service to all our customers.
We have a large range of RAL and BS colours available in various finishes, stocking gloss, satin, matt and textured finish to meet all your specialist powder coating needs and only use good quality powder. Our plant and products are systematically tested for high-quality finished products with a quick turnaround.
We have a 4m long x 2.5m high x 2.5 wide fan oven, capable panels of up to W4000mm x H1800mm.
We use a top-of-the-range manual powder coating gun for powder coating application.
We can do one-off items, batch work or large company roll-outs as per customers’ requirements. This process gives the surface a tough finish to withstand knocks and abrasions and can be done in almost any colour.
